LINKEDIN MARKETING CAMPAIGNS

CUSTOMER WOW MOMENTS AND ABOVE & BEYOND EXPERIENCES 

THE PROJECT

The company's LinkedIn needed improving. I was tasked with figuring out a way to increase our engagement as well as followers. After previously sharing a few monthly posts in regards to top performers and an occasional shout out, I noticed that the technician workforce and others followed these posts. The technician workforce, being the heart of the company gave me the insight that this is where we were generating the most success in people seeing and enjoying what we shared. With that in mind and a new company initiative to better customer experience, the Customer Wow Moment and Above & Beyond experiences social campaigns started. Since the first post for these two campaigns were shared at the end of April, the company has gained 107 new followers.
